Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available within Malaysia only, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Parcel weight or size

Free shipping promotions may apply for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, where applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (where available) so customers can monitor the delivery status.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

  • Additional delivery charges must be borne by the customer

7. Delays & Liability

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond reasonable control

Returns & refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product:

  • Is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • Is reported within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Is unused and returned in its original packaging

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened (where applicable)

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Provide photos or videos if requested for verification

  3. Once approved, return the item using a trackable courier service

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Exceptions apply only for defective or incorrect items

5. Exchanges

Where stock is available, defective or incorrect items may be exchanged for:

  • The same item, or

  • An equivalent replacement of similar value

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The return is due to a defective product

  • The wrong item was delivered

In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered.
